Jill Veglahn has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as Operations Manager at McGregor & Ernenwein, where they managed various administrative tasks and had supervisory responsibilities. Jill then worked as a Case Manager at Shouse Law Group, where they directly assisted a partner in managing client liaison for a significant number of clients. Later, they served as a Client Services Manager at Criminal Defense Incorporated, where they managed over 320 clients and focused on sales and retention. Currently, Jill works as the Head of People at BAM, overseeing HR, DEI, operations, general business management, logistics, and team morale, aiming to positively influence the company's culture and employee retention.

Jill Veglahn has a background in psychology from California State University - East Bay. Jill also studied political science at Brigham Young University - Idaho. Prior to their college education, Jill attended Amador Valley High School. In addition to their academic pursuits, Jill has obtained several certifications, including being a trained coach from the Co-Active Training Institute. Jill has also completed certifications in Communicating Across Cultures, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, and Skills for Inclusive Conversations, all from LinkedIn.
