Thor Ingvar Huuse

Thor Ingvar Huuse has extensive work experience in various roles in the field of procurement, corporate development, and operations. Thor Ingvar'smost recent position is as the Executive Vice President of Bama Trading at BAMA Gruppen AS since January 2021. Previously, they worked at Orkla Group, where they held positions such as Senior Vice President of Operations/COO for Orkla Food Ingredients from January 2018 to December 2020 and Senior Vice President of Procurement from January 2014 to December 2017. Before joining Orkla Group, Huuse worked at Mills DA as a Procurement Director from January 2004 to October 2005. Thor Ingvar also gained valuable experience at consulting firms A.T. Kearney, where they served as a Senior Manager from 1998 to 2004, and Accenture, where they worked as a Manager from 1993 to 1996.

Thor Ingvar Huuse has a diverse education history. Thor Ingvar completed the Orkla Strategic Leadership Programme at IMD in 2015-2016. Prior to that, they attended INSEAD in 2006-2007 where they completed the Orkla Senior Management Programme. In 1996-1998, Thor Ingvar Huuse pursued an MBA at IESE Business School. Thor Ingvar started their educational journey by obtaining a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Bath from 1989 to 1993. Before their university studies, they attended the Officers Academy at Befalsskolen for Kavaleriet in 1987-1988. Thor Ingvar Huuse's international education began at UWC Atlantic College, where they completed the International Baccalaureate from 1985 to 1987. Additionally, they obtained a certification in the Core Program from Orkla Digital Academy in August 2020.
