Ester Fonseca

Ester Fonseca is a co-founder of Bamba Labs, an emerging technologies hub in Rio de Janeiro, established in March 2024, focused on connecting founders, investors, and talents. Current roles include serving as the Near Campus Project Lead at NEAR Protocol and hosting and producing the AgroChain Podcast since June 2023. Previous experience includes community growth initiatives with ETHSamba and account management at Ethereum Brasil, where extensive engagement with sponsors for various web3 events occurred. Past positions also include roles at Binance and Elsevier, alongside an educational background in Agricultural Engineering and a Master of Science in Agronomy from the Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro, complemented by blockchain studies at B9lab Academy.
