Arthur O'Keefe has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Arthur is the Founder of Bamboo Debt Capital Markets Platform, which aims to digitalize and simplify access to capital markets in Brazil. Arthur is also a Board Member at ClearSale and a Co-Founder of Estrear Strategic Growth Capital, where they help entrepreneurs build leading technology companies. Arthur has been involved with iFood in multiple roles, including as a Growth Equity Investor, Board Observer, and Board Member. Arthur served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief Fund Raiser at iFood, contributing to the company's rapid growth. Additionally, Arthur is an Anchor Investor and Investment Committee Member at Scale-Up Ventures - Endeavor Brasil, and they hold a position as a Limited Partner at Monte Partners. Arthur has been a Shareholder at Movile, as well as a Chief Strategy Officer, Managing Director of M&A, and Group CFO at the company. Arthur is also a Private Investor at Prosus Group, a global consumer internet group, and a Partner and Director of Finance at Mauá Capital. Arthur has a strong background in finance and investment, with experience in credit markets and hedge funds.

Arthur O'Keefe's education history begins in 1988 when they attended Jesuit High School of New Orleans, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. After completing high school, from 1993 to 1997, they attended The George Washington University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering.

In 1997, Arthur O'Keefe pursued further education in the field of Nuclear Engineering at the Nuclear Power School - Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC), where they completed a Graduate program. Following this, in 1998, they obtained a certification as a Nuclear Power Plant Senior Engineer/Senior Supervisor from the same institution.

Arthur O'Keefe then pursued additional qualifications in the military field, becoming a Line Officer Qualified in Submarines in the US Navy in 2000. In 2001, they obtained the qualification of Qualified Nuclear Engineer Officer from the U.S. Department of Energy.

Later, in 2002, Arthur O'Keefe attended Harvard Business School, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management. This program lasted until 2004.

Arthur O'Keefe continued their educational journey by completing a certificate program in Innovation and Leadership at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2018.

In 2019, they participated in the Graduate: The Challenge of Leadership Top Management Program at INSEAD, where they focused on Organizational Leadership.

Additionally, Arthur O'Keefe obtained a Certified Platform Strategist certification from Section in October 2021.
