David Berkowicz

David Berkowicz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Head of Product R&D at Bamboo Health since October 2021 and Head of Engineering at PatientPing since March 2014, David oversees the development of innovative healthcare products. Previous roles include Head of Data and Security Officer at MGH/Harvard and Clinical Instructor at the Laboratory of Computer Science, where David designed and implemented enterprise-scale applications. David's medical training includes a Clinical Pathology Residency at Yale New Haven Hospital and a Registrar role in Neurosurgery at Morriston Hospital. David holds an MBChB from the University of Cape Town Medical School, an MSc in Information Technology and Medical Physics from the University of Aberdeen, and an MPhil in Neuroscience from Yale School of Medicine, augmented by participation in the Harvard University/MIT HST Program.
