Matthew Salditt

Matthew Salditt currently serves as a Claims Advocate at Bamboo Insurance since September 2025. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions at Amica Insurance from January 2021 to September 2025, including Assistant Property Claims Supervisor, Virtual Property Adjuster, and Field Property Adjuster. Matthew’s earlier experience includes working as a Sailing Instructor at Port Washington Yacht Club and Manhasset Bay Yacht Club, a Claims Intern at Auto-Owners Insurance, and serving in roles such as Student Alumni Board Member at Darla Moore School of Business and Server at Blu Iguana Mexican. Educationally, Matthew earned a Bachelor's degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Entrepreneurship, and Data Analytics from the University of South Carolina, along with a brief study period at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2019.
