Michael Marcon

Michael Marcon is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the risk management and insurance sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Symphony Risk Solutions since November 2020, Marcon also holds directorships at Green Shield Risk Solutions, BluePond AI, and Machine Cover. With a background as the Founder and Managing Partner of M3K Holdings, LLC, Marcon has a track record of directing various companies, including Bamboo Insurance and Stirling Insurance Partners, LLC. Prior to current roles, Marcon founded and led Equity Risk Partners as CEO and held senior positions at Aon in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Academically, Marcon earned an MBA in Finance from Drexel University and a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Ursinus College.
