Anu Rao

Anu Rao has extensive experience in software quality assurance and project management. They have worked at Bamboo Rose since 2006, where they built and led a highly productive Full Stack QA team. Anu collaborated with various business units to solve engineering issues, promoted a quality mindset, and set quality strategies for cloud-based applications. They have experience in agile methodologies, implementing cross-functional test frameworks, and driving automation using Jenkins and AWS. Anu also ensured audit preparedness and directed a dispersed team of QA and Automation Engineers. Prior to Bamboo Rose, Anu worked as a Software Engineer at Computer Enterprises Inc., where they designed and developed websites for Philips and Cadence Design Systems. They also worked as an ERP Implementation Specialist and Business Support Executive at IBM Global Services India, providing post-implementation support for the Global Taxation Module at Hindustan Lever.

Anu Rao has an MBA in Finance from T. A. Pai Management Institute in India. They also have a Bachelor of Commerce in Commerce and Accounting from Mangalore University in India. Furthermore, Anu Rao holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from T A Pai Management Institute in Manipal. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) from QAI Global Institute.
