Eric Stoddard

Eric Stoddard has extensive experience in customer experience and operations, currently serving as a Customer Experience Operations Associate and Corporate Trainer at BambooHR since October 2016. In this role, Eric has trained numerous employees to excel in customer interactions while previously managing over 40 implementation projects that contributed to increased company revenue. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistive Tech Assistant at BYU-Idaho Disability Services, where Eric enhanced website content, and as a Digital Marketing Intern at Netmark.com, focusing on social media content development and lead engagement. Eric also held leadership positions in a micro-business venture called Toasties Gourmet Grilled Cheese and coordinated wellness publicity activities at BYU-Idaho. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Marketing and Web Development from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
