Andrea Morales has a diverse work experience with a strong focus on customer service roles. Andrea started their career at Reliant Energy as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative from August 2013 to August 2015. Andrea then moved on to nutribullet | magic bullet, where they also worked as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative from May 2016 to December 2018. Andrea then joined Lamps Plus as a Customer Support Specialist from July 2019 to October 2020, and later served as a Customer Service Email Lead from October 2020 to August 2021. Currently, they are working at Zip Co as a Customer Experience Associate since August 2021.
