J F. is an experienced engineering manager currently leading benefits administration technology at BambooHR since June 2024. With a background as a senior technical advisor and cofounder at 1KIN Labs, J F. focuses on strategic alignment and scalability of technology efforts. Previously, J F. founded Paper Hand Labs, driving Web3 development, and served as a business systems architect at Froopyland, where impactful improvements in engineering productivity were achieved. Through various leadership roles including CTO positions and marketing management, J F. has demonstrated expertise in product vision, infrastructure optimization, and team empowerment across diverse technology sectors.
