Mandy Rounkles

Mandy Rounkles is an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving at BambooHR since January 2020, Rounkles previously held the role of Director of People at Neutron Interactive, overseeing all HR and payroll functions while developing compliance-focused policies. Prior to that, Rounkles gained extensive experience at Rakuten Marketing as an Executive Assistant, managing complex scheduling and preparation for executive meetings, and at Verizon, where responsibilities included supporting multiple executive teams and driving business transformation through Lean Six Sigma methods. Rounkles holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Utah State University.
