Stefan Klotzbuecher

Stefan Klotzbuecher is an experienced professional in sales and revenue operations, currently serving as Manager of Sales Operations at BambooHR since October 2022, after holding the position of Director of Revenue Operations at Welcome prior to its acquisition. As Managing Director at the Founder Institute since January 2020, Stefan contributes to the world’s premier idea-stage accelerator and startup launch program, previously co-founding FERRON and holding various leadership roles at Audicus and PITERION Group, where expertise spans enterprise sales and business development. Initial experiences include managing key accounts at LEGO Group, supported by a Bachelor in Business Administration from Fachhochschule Westküste and education at Columbia Business School.
