William Gates is an experienced software engineer currently working at BambooHR since November 2020, progressing through roles from Jr. Software Developer to Software Engineer 2. Prior to BambooHR, William served as a Systems Programmer/Analyst at RTI International for four years and gained valuable experience as the BYUB Content Administration Student Manager at BYU Broadcasting. Earlier in his academic career, William was a Student Team Lead at Brigham Young University, guiding a team of student developers, and contributed to maintaining over 100 websites for BYU Continuing Education.
