Sam McCracken

Sam McCracken, PMP, currently serves as an IT Support Specialist at Bambora since January 2019, following a tenure as a Business Process Analyst at eBay from December 2017 to June 2018. Previously, Sam held the position of Customer Journey Lead and IT Coordinator at Terapeak from August 2013 until its acquisition by eBay, where responsibilities included enhancing customer experiences, monitoring activity trends, and providing IT support. Early career roles include Finance and Accounting Assistant at Terapeak, Intern in the Real Estate Department at PSP Investments, and Systems and Financial Officer for the Yukon Government.
