Tomas Falkner is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in the finance sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Bambora since October 2019, Tomas has overseen the integration of several acquisitions in the payment services industry, regulated by the Swedish Financial Authority. Prior to this role, Tomas held leadership positions such as Finance Director at Veolia Norden, where integration of multiple independent subgroups into a unified organization was a key responsibility. Tomas also served as CFO of Dalkia Nordic, managing significant operations in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Early career roles included Finance Manager at Swebus and AssiDomän Hasselfors Timber AB, and experiences as an auditor at Grant Thornton Sweden. Tomas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Uppsala University and has completed various professional training programs.
