Anna Sheppard

Anna S. is an accomplished leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in people-centric advisory services, kindness in leadership, and social impact initiatives. As the Founder and CEO of Bambuddha Group, Anna drives transformative growth through comprehensive coaching and training solutions. In addition, Anna hosts the Project Good Boss podcast, focusing on the intersection of kindness and effective leadership. As the Founder of The Working Kind Collective, Anna has established the world’s first Kind Business Centre to support underrepresented business leaders. Anna serves on the advisory boards for #TechDiversity and the Social Impact Summit, furthering a commitment to positive change. Previous roles include Development & Relationships Manager at Ronald McDonald House Randwick and Senior Sales and Marketing Manager at Hard Rock Cafe Australia. Anna holds a Master's degree in Events Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and is currently pursuing further education at the International College of Management Sydney.
