Shelly McElroy

Shelly McElroy currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Dream Culture since February 2023, while also holding positions as a Delivery Partner, SME, and Facilitator at Bambuddha Group and a Key Note Speaker at Inspire Speakers since 2019. Prior to this, Shelly worked as a Learning and Facilitation Specialist at Macquarie Group from September 2022 to February 2023 and as a Facilitator at Leading Teams from January 2019 to September 2022. Previous experience includes roles at Merivale as Training and Development Advisor, General Manager, and Licensee, and as General Manager at Urban Purveyor Group. Shelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Media and Communication from the University of Central Lancashire, obtained in 2007.
