Rina Shabani is the current Head Coordinator of Flutura Academy at Bambus Group. Rina was previously an activity leader for Women's Property Rights Initiative at UNICEF Innovations Lab Kosovo from March 2016 to May 2018. Additionally, they were the Local Coordinator at PEN Peer Educators Network from January 2016 to December 2017 and a Volunteer Staff at Local Youth Action Council-LYAC from March 2015 to December 2018.
