Jeffrey Dickinson has worked in the technology industry for over 15 years. In 2020, they joined BAMF Health as a Research Development Lead and User Experience Architect. Prior to that, they worked at designvox from 2005-2020, where they held the role of Digital Technologist and Senior 3D Designer. In their role as Digital Technologist, they managed technology projects from inception, through UX design and development, and ensured successful implementation. Jeffrey also collaborated on SOWs through estimating, scheduling, and specifying, and reviewed and approved technology related functional specifications based on business requirements. As a Senior 3D Designer, they produced a diverse range of video, animation, and rendering projects for various clients, supervised a team of 3D generalists and animators, and specified, installed, and maintained a 100+ core render farm. Before designvox, they worked at Dots In Motion from 2004-2005 as a 3D Generalist.
Jeffrey Dickinson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Animation and Game Design from Ferris State University between 2003 and 2009. Jeffrey has also obtained certifications from edX in UX501x: Introduction to User Experience, UX502x: Understanding User Needs, UX503x: Principles of Designing for Humans, UX504x: Evaluating Designs with Users, UX505x: UX Design: From Concept to Wireframe, UX506x: UX Design: From Wireframe to Prototype, UX507x: UX Research Surveys, and UX508x: UX Research at Scale: Analytics and Online Experiments.
