Jithendra Kumar started their career in 2010 as an Associate at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where they interacted with Business users, gathered and analysed requirements to build and improve design solutions, developed ETL solutions using IBM Datastage and Talend Open Studio, and wrote Shell scripts running workflows in UNIX environment through control-M. In 2014, they joined Infosys as a Senior Associate Consultant and developed an NLP query search engine to provide matching queries to the incidents raised by the customers, applied Naive Bayes approach to categorise news into different segments, and recommended customer retention strategies.
