Mindy Grobbel

Mindy Grobbel has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. In 2009, they started as a Human Resources Intern at Spectrum Health and later became an Administrative Support for HR. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Coordinator for Talent Acquisition at Spectrum Health Medical Group, where they supported the recruiting and onboarding process. Mindy then joined Spectrum Health in 2014 and held various roles, including Recruiter II and Lead Recruiter, focusing on full lifecycle recruiting and building strong relationships with hiring managers. In 2017, Mindy became a Human Resources Generalist, responsible for maintaining positive relationships and developing HR policies. Mindy was promoted to Sr. Human Resources Generalist in 2019 and became an Advisor, HR Business Partner Sr. in 2020. Most recently, in 2023, they joined BAMF Health as a Human Resources Manager.

Mindy Grobbel completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Human Resources from Grand Valley State University. Mindy attended the university from 2005 to 2008.
