Angus So is an experienced trader in the energy sector, currently serving as an NGL and Oil Trader at Balyasny Asset Management L.P. since May 2024. Prior to this role, Angus held various positions at Vitol Group from August 2011 to April 2024, including LPG Trading, Marketing and Analytic, and Oil Commercial Analyst for Naphtha. Angus began a career in commodities with Morgan Stanley as a Commodities Trade Support Analyst from 2010 to 2011, following an internship as an Oil Data Analyst at Intercontinental Exchange in 2009-2010. Angus holds a Master of Science degree in Investment Management from Cass Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, complemented by a period of study at the University of Southampton.
