Meri Andani has extensive experience in the field of merchant acquisition and merchandising, currently serving as a Merchant Acquisition Executive at Banananina since August 2017, where responsibilities include negotiating deals with suppliers, monitoring sales effectiveness, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance merchant brand image. Prior to this role, Meri held positions at SITCOMINDO GROUP as a Service Tracker and completed an internship at PT. Kawasan Berikat Nasional, gaining experience in operational logistics and data analysis. Additionally, previous experience includes roles in marketing, planning, and traffic specialization within reputable companies. Meri holds a Bachelor's degree in Manajemen Transportasi from STMT Trisakti Jakarta, earned between 2011 and 2015.

Banananina is one of the first local fashion retail that focuses on fashion accessories.We started humbly in 2009 through a Multiply page and originally started by selling pre-loved items to our audience. In the span of 8 years, we have grown into a flagship store in Menteng (2012), e-commerce website (2016), pre-loved by Banananina (March 2017) and Seserahan by Banananina (July 2017). Today, we are mostly focus on selling ready-stock brand new items, while also offering their pre-loved collection. By having a flagship store in Jakarta CBD area, Banananina has set a differentiation and advantage in the market which most of the competition only doing business through online channels.
