Harsh Pradhan

Harsh Pradhan is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Banaras and previously held the same position at Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya and Delhi Technological University. Harsh has a background in HR and OB and has experience in process management at eClerx. Prior to their teaching career, Harsh worked as a Sales Engineer at Agilent Technologies, focusing on the electronic measurement group. Harsh holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from IIT Bombay - Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, an MBA in Marketing from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
