Brian A.

Brian A. has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Brian began their career at GE Capital, where they took on various leadership roles including Portfolio Control Manager and Loss Mitigation Manager. During their time there, they successfully reduced operating costs and implemented loss mitigation tools to decrease loss severity. Brian then joined Toyota Financial Services as an Asset Protection Supervisor, where they implemented process improvements and led Lean Six Sigma projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Brian A. also received recognition for their Six Sigma projects and was a finalist in the TFS Innovations Fair. Brian is currently working at Banc of California as a Vendor Risk Manager and has recently been promoted to the role of VP, Operational Risk Management.

Brian A. attended Azusa Pacific University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business. In 2004, they also attended the International Business Institute for a brief period, focusing on International Business and Economics. In terms of additional certifications, Brian A. received the TFS Global Kaizen (Six Sigma) Award in February 2014 and a Six Sigma - Green Belt Certification (TFS Kaizen Coach) from the Six Sigma Academy in January 2013.
