Cecilia Lindgren

Cecilia Lindgren is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Banc of California since October 2017, where responsibilities include collaborating on succession planning, creating requisitions, managing performance reviews, and enhancing employee engagement in the Durham, NC office. Prior roles at Banc of California included Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator, where Cecilia managed the new hire and separation processes, updated organizational charts, and oversaw HR-related mailboxes following the acquisition of Pacific Western Bank.
