Olga Brahollari

Olga Brahollari, M.A., currently serves as the Vice President of HR Transformation and Strategic Initiatives at Banc of California, where responsibilities include driving strategic initiatives and leading transformational change within the HR department. Previous experience includes roles such as Human Resources Consultant focusing on HR process initiatives, HR Generalist and HR Business Partner at Union Bank, and Senior HR Project Coordinator, demonstrating proficiency in project support and analytics. Additional roles include Human Resources Project Coordinator and Corporate Recruiter at MRC Smart Technology Solutions, where Olga managed various HR initiatives and established onboarding programs.
