Flavia Weisghizzi

Flavia Weisghizzi is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing & Communications at Banca CF+, a challenger bank acquired by Elliott Management that aims to transform financial services for SMEs. In addition, Flavia has been the Marketing Manager at SheTech since March 2020, aiming to empower women in technology and entrepreneurship through community support and education. Previous roles include Chief Marketing Officer at Aulab and FINIX Technology Solutions, as well as Head of Marketing at BIP, where strategic brand positioning was a key responsibility. Flavia has also contributed to StartupItalia, managed communications for Codemotion, and participated in various marketing internships and freelance roles throughout a diverse career in communications. Flavia holds a Laurea in Modern Literature from Sapienza Università di Roma and has pursued additional studies in literature and German.
