Alina-Tonia Gera's work experience includes:

Prior to that, they earned another Master's Degree in Finance (Quantitative methods) from the Doctoral School of Finance and Banking - DOFIN at Bucharest University of Economic Studies, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Their undergraduate studies were at Bucharest University of Economic Studies, where they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Alina-Tonia Gera has also pursued several certifications to enhance their skills and expertise. Alina-Tonia completed the BCP IT/DR Planning certification from DRI International (Disaster Recovery Institute) in August 2022. In October 2020, they obtained the ISO 22301:2019 Implementation Training Course certification from BSI Training Academy. Furthermore, they hold a Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute (CBCI) from the Business Continuity Institute (BCI), although the exact date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
