Ana Izabela Bratosin has extensive experience in the banking and consular sectors, currently serving as a Product Owner and Senior Segment Manager for Private Individuals at BCR since August 2007. In this role, Ana responsibilities include supporting product development for the Daily Bank Digital Squad, defining goals for new digital functionalities, and collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Ana held multiple positions in retail sales and customer advisory roles, as well as serving as a Consular Officer at the Romanian Embassy in Belarus.
