Carmen Dibus

Carmen Dibus is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and non-banking consultancy. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at BCR Seed Starter since November 2023, Carmen has held various significant roles at BCR since 2013, including overseeing the Non Banking Consultancy and Corporate Governance Department. Previous positions include supervisory roles in the Regulatory & Governance Office and the Non-banking Legal Consultancy Department. Carmen's earlier experience encompasses legal advisory roles at both BCR Erste Group and RTPR Allen&Overy LLP, focusing on financial-banking matters and legal support for mergers and acquisitions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” and studies at Heidelberg University.
