Cristian Smarandache

Cristian Smarandache has extensive experience in system administration and engineering, currently serving as a System Administrator at BCR since December 2019. Prior to this role, Cristian worked as a System Engineer at Quipu GmbH from April 2017 to November 2019, contributing to the Cloud Operations Department. From October 2014 to February 2017, Cristian was an ICT Back Office Consultant and System Engineer at the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) through Infeurope S. A. Cristian's early career included positions as an IT Specialist at the National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration between June 2006 and October 2014, and as a System Engineer at Vimetco ALRO from September 2001 to June 2006. Cristian holds a degree in System Engineering and Computer Science from the Faculty of Automation Computers and Electronics Craiova, which was completed from 1991 to 1996.
