Florin Dan Pintilie, PMP has a diverse work experience in the financial industry, with a focus on cards product development and management. Florin Dan started their career at BCR Erste Bank in 2007 as a Cards Assistant, where they were responsible for tasks such as card transaction analysis and providing support for branches. Florin Dan also worked on projects, including the implementation of an ATM monitoring and reporting software. In 2014, Florin joined CETELEM RO as a Cards Project Manager and Business Analyst Coordinator & IT Project Manager. During their time there, they managed various cards-related projects. In 2016, they returned to BCR and held roles such as Supervisor of the Cards Product Management Team and eventually became the Head of Cards Product Development in July 2022. Florin's work experience demonstrates their expertise in cards product development, management, and project coordination.

Additionally, they pursued another Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Finance and Banking at the same institution from 2010 to 2012.
