Ruxandra Oanta

Ruxandra Oanta has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Ruxandra started their career as a Treasury Back-Officer at Romanian International Bank SA from September 2005 to August 2007. Ruxandra then worked as a Market Risk Analyst at OTP Bank Romania from August 2007 to August 2008. Ruxandra later joined Alpha Bank Romania as a Business Analyst, where they were responsible for implementing the Treasury activity within the AlphaCube Project from September 2008 to December 2010. Since January 2011, they have been working at BCR in various roles, including Software Solution Designer, Supervisor of IT Solutions for Payments and Corporate Area, and currently as the Head of IT Corporate. In their current role, they lead technical analysis teams and is responsible for implementing various IT programs, managing vendors, and executing the IT budget.

Ruxandra Oanta pursued their Bachelor's degree at the Academia de Studii Economice din București from 2001 to 2005.
