Smaranda Tintoiu

Smaranda Tintoiu is an accomplished Senior Analyst with extensive experience in technical analysis roles, currently part of the Investment team at BCR since June 2023. Prior to this position, Smaranda spent over eight years at ING Romania, progressing from Junior Quality Assurance Analyst to Feature Engineer Proficient, where responsibilities included requirements elicitation, solution documentation, and support for development teams. Smaranda has also served in various roles such as Scrum Master and System Analyst, demonstrating a strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration. Smaranda holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic Cybernetics and Informatics from Academia de Studii Economice din București and has additional volunteer and internship experience in the field.
