Tatiana Zanfir

Tatiana Zanfir is a skilled professional with extensive experience in IT and consulting roles. Currently, at Inetum as a Test Analyst since March 2018, Tatiana specializes in creating test plans and executing manual test cases. Previously, as a Services Delivery Management Specialist and IT Consultant at Microsoft from August 2016 to February 2018, responsibilities included managing maintenance requests in compliance with service level agreements. Tatiana also served as an IT Support Specialist at IBM - Aquasoft from June 2013 to August 2016, engaging in software algorithm development, program implementation, and technical support.
