Monica Ochoa Rodriguez, CFA has extensive experience in the financial industry and holds the role of Managing Director - DCM & ECM / Vicepresidente - Mercado de Capitales at Banca de Inversion Bancolombia since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Bancolombia as a Senior Banker, Large Corporate Banking from October 2019 to May 2022 and as the Regional Head of Corporate Sales at Valores Bancolombia from May 2014 to October 2019. Monica Ochoa Rodriguez, CFA, has a diverse education history. In 2007 to 2009, they obtained a Diploma in Corporate Finance from Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia. Following this, from 2003 to 2004, Monica participated in a Civil Engineering Related Studies Exchange Program at The University of Georgia. Monica then completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia.

To further enhance their knowledge and skills, Monica pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. From 2012 to 2014, they attended the National University of Singapore for their M.B.A. Afterward, in 2014, Monica participated in the International Exchange Program at London Business School, focusing on business administration.

In addition to their formal education, Monica Ochoa Rodriguez has obtained the edX Verified Certificate for Instrumentos para el Financiamiento climático from edX. Monica completed this certification in April 2021.
