Cristina Rustignoli

Graduated in Law from the University of Trieste, she obtained the qualification to practice as a lawyer in 1999 and worked in the Cassa di Risparmio di Gorizia (now Friulcassa Spa), before joining Banca Generali in 2000 where she held Crescenti roles up to becoming Central Director with responsibility for the Governance Area of the Banking Group.

She is currently General Counsel of Generali Italia and of the Country Italy of Assicurazioni Generali, is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Generali Jeniot SpA, and is also Chief Executive Officer of Generali Business Solutions, Director of Alleanza Assicurazioni, Genertel SpA, GenertelLife and, since 23 June 2016, non-executive Director of Banca Generali.
