Davide Ramazzina

Davide Ramazzina serves as the Head of Strategic Planning and M&A at Banca Generali since May 2023. Previously, Davide held the position of M&A Manager in Asset & Wealth Management at Generali from March 2019 to May 2023, where principal investing focused on global asset management firms was conducted, including participation in key transactions like the acquisition of Conning Holdings and a partnership with Cathay. Prior experience includes consulting at Bain & Company, investment banking at Deutsche Bank, and an internship at UniCredit S.p.A. Davide holds a Master of Science in Finance from Università Bocconi and Stockholm School of Economics, and a bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from Università Bocconi, complemented by an exchange program at Emory University.
