Amelia Travi

Amelia Travi has an extensive work experience in the field of internal audit. Amelia started their career as an Internal Audit senior at PwC in 1996, where they gained experience in statutory, fiscal, and international GAAP as well as auditing standard procedures. Amelia then joined Interbanca in 1999 as an Internal Audit manager, where they managed internal audits for the company. In 2010, Amelia joined GE Capital as the Head of Internal Audit, responsible for developing and executing the internal audit strategy and providing advice to internal stakeholders. Their role also involved leading and managing the audit team and improving expertise and quality through mentoring and training sessions. Currently, Amelia serves as the Head of the Audit function for NPL and Subsidiaries at Banca IFIS.

Amelia Travi completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Commerce from Università degli Studi di Bari during the period 1989-1993. Amelia then pursued a Master's degree in Real Estate Planning and Market from Politecnico di Torino, but no specific dates are mentioned.
