Daniela Figoli

Daniela Figoli has extensive experience in operational risk management and collections, currently serving as the Operational Monitoring - Risk ORC - Manager at Banca IFIS since November 2016. In this role, Daniela ensures the quality and measurement of operational risks and coordinates investigations with management. Previously, at Banca IFIS, Daniela was the Early Collection Manager, overseeing the management of large accounts in the leasing department. Daniela spent over 14 years at GE Capital in various roles, including Early Collection Large Value Deals Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team to reduce delinquency and training staff to become portfolio managers.
