Silvia Lodi

Silvia Lodi has extensive work experience in the legal field. Silvia is currently serving as the Head of Legal Affairs & Litigation Department at Banca Ifis since June 2022. In this role, they oversee the NPL Legal Affairs and NPL Litigations teams, providing specialized legal support in areas such as negotiation of distressed credit portfolios and contract preparation.

Prior to this, Silvia worked at Banca Ifis as the Responsabile Affari Legali e Contenzioso NPL from June 2020 to June 2022. In this position, they managed the Affari Legali NPL team, offering legal support to the group's affiliated companies.

From 2017 to 2022, Silvia held the position of Head of NPL Legal Consulting & Litigation at Banca IFIS S.p.A. In this role, they led three units: NPL Sale & Acquisition, Contenzioso NPL, and Portfolio NPL Corporate, providing legal expertise in the acquisition and sale of non-performing credit portfolios and managing litigation cases.

Silvia's previous experience includes serving as the Responsabile Affari Legali e Collection Giudiziale at IFIS NPL S.p.A. in 2018-2019 and as the Responsabile Contenzioso NPL and Responsabile Ufficio Reclami at Banca IFIS S.p.A. from 2009 to 2017. Silvia also worked as an Avvocato at Studio Legale Casellati and as a Praticante Avvocato at Studio Legale Marchi.

Silvia Lodi earned a degree in Law (giurisprudenza) from Università degli Studi di Bologna, where they studied from 1996 to 2002. Silvia also pursued a Master's degree in Labor Law (Diritto del Lavoro) at Università Ca' Foscari Venezia from 2004 to 2005. As part of their education, Silvia participated in a Progetto Erasmus at the University of Manchester from 2000 to 2001. Silvia completed their secondary education at Liceo Classico Marco Foscarini, earning a Diploma in Liceo Classico from 1991 to 1996.
