Milica Veraja

Milica Veraja is a Human Resources Specialist with extensive experience in selection and recruitment, currently employed at Banca Intesa Beograd since September 2022. Prior roles included positions at Frikom doo, where Milica held dual responsibilities for selection and recruitment as well as selection and development from March 2021 to September 2022, and a Recruiting Assistant role at Tehnomanija from March 2020 to March 2021. Milica began the career as a Recruiting Intern at CityScope and Happymamma, supplemented by volunteer experiences and internships that provided foundational knowledge in human resources practices. Milica holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, obtained from the University of Belgrade from October 2019 to September 2023, along with a Bachelor's degree in the same field earned at the same institution from 2015 to 2019.
