Maria Rita Scolaro

Maria Rita Scolaro has held the position of Head of the Organization, Personnel and Corporate Function of Sator S.p.A. Previously, from 2002 to 2007, she collaborated with several law firms and worked at financial intermediaries ex art. 106 TUB. She was assistant to the CEO of Sator S.p.A. (2009-2012) and has been part of the Administration Area of Sator Immobiliare SGR S.p.A. (2012-2015). He served as Secretary of the Board of Directors of Arepo BP S.p.A. (2009-2011) and of Sator Immobiliare SGR S.p.A. (2012-2015). In 2015, he was part of the Technical Staff of the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sator S.P.A. and of the Compliance and Organization Function of Arepo BP S.p.A. He has served as a Board Member of Sator Immobiliare SGR S.p.A., News 3.0, Il Foglio Edizioni S.r.l., Rusky S.P.A and Surya S.R.L.
