Francesca Pratici is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in regulatory supervision and risk management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Centrico since March 2019, Francesca oversees banking regulations related to ICT, IT risks, and outsourcing legislation, including cloud services. Concurrently, Francesca holds the position of Compliance Specialist at Banca Sella Holding, where responsibilities include monitoring legislative developments in data protection and providing compliance advice. Prior roles include Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer at Gruppo Banca SellaCBA VITA and Compliance Officer and Head of Anti-Money Laundering at Societe Generale Insurance, where Francesca managed extensive compliance frameworks and risk management strategies. Additionally, Francesca has diverse experience in trade marketing, product management, and customer care, with a strong educational background in business administration and accounting from esteemed institutions.
