Ioan Sumandea-Simionescu

Ioan Sumandea-Simionescu serves as the Head of Corporate Governance and Capital Markets Bureau and acts as Corporate Governance Expert (In-House Legal Counsel) at Banca Transilvania since July 2013. Additionally, Ioan holds the position of Vice President at the Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR) since May 2020. In the academic sphere, Ioan is a Teaching Assistant at Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca's Law School since September 2013 and also works as a Researcher at the Center for Business Law & Information Technology, UBB, from September 2012. Ioan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Babes-Bolyai University.
