Roberto Angeretti

Roberto Angeretti has a diverse work experience in the banking and technology sectors. Roberto currently holds the position of Head of Organization and Processes at Banca dello Stato del Cantone Ticino since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Avaloq for nearly a decade, where they served as the Cluster Lead for SaaS and APAC Clients. Roberto also held the role of Head of AMS Development Front Office and worked as an Advisory Business Analyst & Project Manager. Roberto's earlier experience includes roles at UBI Banca, where they worked as an IT Core Banking Project Manager, IT Technology Project Manager, IT CRM Project Manager, and IT CRM Business Analyst.

Roberto Angeretti earned a Laurea Specialistica con lode degree in Ingegneria Informatica - Sistemi Informatici from Università degli Studi di Bergamo, where they studied from 2001 to 2006.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Roberto Angeretti has obtained several certifications. Roberto became an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner through IBM in January 2020, obtained the ITIL v4 Foundation certification from PeopleCert in May 2019, and achieved the FCE English certification from the University of Cambridge in March 2015. Roberto also obtained the Albo Unico Nazionale Promotori Finanziari certification from CONSOB in October 2008 and the Scrum Fundamentals Certified certification from SCRUMstudy in April 2019.
