Martina Paoletti is a Dry Bulk Shipbroker at Banchero Costa Network since May 2023. Prior to this, Martina gained experience as a Deckhand at Nightswimming - Italia Yacht 47 and Alula - Swan 60. Martina also worked as a Sailing Instructor at Centro Velico Celle Ligure. Martina holds a Diploma in scienze umane from Collegio Emiliani.
