Uracir Portugal has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Software Engineer at Capgemini, where they utilized ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Ajax, and SQL Server. Uracir then joined PoloIT in 2010 as a Software Engineer, specializing in ERP modules and utilizing ASP. Along with their role as an engineer, they also acted as an architect, creating access definitions and implementing safety measures. In 2011, Uracir worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Shop Delivery, where they developed APIs and integration libraries for various payment services. Moving forward, they joined MTM Tecnologia in 2013 and took on the role of Senior Architect and Engineer. Uracir worked on projects like the MeuEinstein platform for Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, focusing on Gateway, Proxy, and Microservices. Uracir also worked on the Route Planner API for Rio2016, where they faced challenges related to importing over 2 million routes and real-time monitoring. In 2017, they became a Solution Architect at Via Varejo SA, working on a Multi-Tenant eCommerce Platform. Uracir was involved in understanding complex business requirements and transforming them into software with optimized performance. Currently, Uracir is the Head of Architecture and Engineering Manager at Banco ABC Brasil, where they oversee architectural aspects and manages a team.

Uracir Portugal completed an MBA in Information Technology Management at FIAP. They also pursued a degree in Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas from UNINASSAU and obtained a Licenciatura in Letras e Inglês from FTC.
